The Washington Climbers Coalition bought the Lower Town Wall at Index this week. With the help of over 400 individual donors, and fundraising events conducted by over a dozen local businesses and clubs, we've raised $249,000 toward our $300,000 goal and we plan to improve the parking, hope to add a toilet, and better prepare the are for long term operation as a climbing park.
