How do i put some climbs into my most recent asents list on my profile, i can't seem to figure it out.

Click United States from the column on the left under ROUTES...
Click Arizona (I'm assuming you're in Arizona???)
Now, scroll down and find the area you made the ascent... say Queen Creek...
Scroll down again and find the area your route was in... like Lower Looner Land... Click it.
Now find your route, say Mary Jane and at the bottom of the box its description is in, you'll find links like this: spydermonkey|climbingpride|cragchica|add new| (except they'll be links ) click on the add new.
That is where/how you add ascents to your "Recent Ascents/Climbs" list...
