I'm heading to Alberta, looking for recommendations. I've read some about the area, but I'd like to hear what the people have to say. Has anyone been on Red Shirt? I'd like to take my gf on a nice moderate multipitch. Who am I kidding she's tough as nails, I'm the one looking for moderates......but then she isn't the one leading 8 pitches. :?

Thanks to all...

Yeah I suppose you could say that there a few good climbs in the area. I think Yam alone has something like 75 routes, maybe more. If you're looking for multi-pitch, pick up the Bow Valley Rock book, it's loaded with routes and areas. Some classics in the area are True Grit on EEOR along with Raptor which I did 2 summer ago and found pretty nice. Not to mention the longest bolted sport climb north of Mexico, "Sysiphus Summit"
Just pick up a guide and go nuts!!!
