Yup, they closed the smoke bluffs due to extreme ( damn I hate that word now ) fire hazard. The trails on the Chief are also closed. You can still climb on the Chief but you HAVE to rap back down. The situation there is apparantly being closely monitored. So if you decide to go to the boulders don't get caught with a smoke in your mouth or they might just shut that area down too.
