I have the A300 3.2 meg Fuji camera. I love it. It was rated as a best buy by Consumer Reports. Easy to use, light, compact, great quality....

I've got an old Finepix 1400 and haven't been able to break it yet. I'm kinda hoping it will so I can tell moma I need to buy a new one and upgrade. Fuji makes quality glass, and most of their cameras use ordinary AA batteries, (big advantage) also. http://www.socalhotclimbs.com/ most of these, (html side) were with the old Fuji. See dpreview.com for extensive product reviews.
