We're climbing this weekend. I wanted to go to Moab, but the weather is shite, so we're staying here.

Chaaaaa! I've been climbing mountains all winter on my skis. When the snow is gone I'll be back on the rocks...I mean I'll quit drinkin. NO! That's not what I meant. I mean I'll drink, then I'll climb some rock. David, if you your up for some early morning GOG let me know. Remember, I'll bring the bagels. Montezuma is sounding pretty good right now. I've gotta get to bed; Monarch be callin me.

I think Focus on the Family banned climbing there... too many climbers spend Sundays on the crag with their families rather than indoors during the Most Segregated Hour in America, like any God fearing Republican should. btw... for those not aware of it, Focus on the Family, an ultra-right wing religious conservative group is based in the Springs.

Nope, nobody climbs here. All the people climbing at Garden of the Gods, from Kansas. I just moved here three months ago and already I have sold half my trad rack and kept barley enough aid gear to maybe climb the Captain again, doubtful though. And if you are wondering what I did with my newfound bag-0-cash, I got myself a cool solo raft! Arkansas river here I come!
