Assuming 5.13b = 8a it might be Adam Ondre, I think he achieved that grade at about age 10

i believe a little girl around 10 or 12 recently did a V8 (about 5.13b), then a V10 extension to it (14a-ish). i read about it in climbing or r&I, i figure it must be some sorta reccord.

Cicada Jenerik was the 10 year old kid who did the V10. She's also done 5.13a/b ...according to R&I. She's 10. You've got to love the strength to weight ratio of young people.

"Let anyone of ordinary height take a friendly small boy of an active nature for practice on such a place [high stone wall at home . . .] and he will have the pleasure of seeing him easily climb up vertical places that are much more difficult, or probably impossible, for the taller man, even though he may be an expert mountaineer." - George Abraham in "The Complete Mountaineer" (1907) 8^)
