Black Cliffs: New housing development on north side

The possibility of a new housing development brings up issues all around: most importantly, the disruption/ or destruction of habitat for wildlife (hey, they were there first), and secondarily, the possible closures or access disturbances that this could bring about for climbers. This project would be quite a long time away, but the sooner we begin opposing it, the more effective we can be.
