- I sleep through the night less than one night a week.

- If you have a chronic problem with a split nail, superglue can remedy it. Glue the split together, daily. File down the rough excess. This allows your nail to grow out without constantly re-splitting.

Because they have a monopoly. Check to see if the books are distributed through large book chains. Usually cheaper.
