Just moved to Greensboro, NC. Looking for people to climb with in the area. I lead 5.8 trad/5.10 sport and have enough gear for two. Don't mind going out with people that are new so don't let that stop you from contacting me! I can climb just about any day.

Head into Tumblebees (off 40 at Friendly Ave and Market) any weekday night. Lots of climbers in there evenings. You've got lots of choices living in the triad of places to climb! And Moore's is coming into season.

Welcome to the Triad! Good luck.

Scott,
Don't listen to Noell, she only climbs in West Virginia  Really though, PM me if you are into getting out, Noell is right, Moore's is great and there is a BUTTLOAD of high quality bouldering hereabouts. I have to work this weekend but my wife, Kim, is headed to Pilot Mtn with some friends, I'm sure she woudn't mind another.... Let me know if/when you want to get out and play. Welcome to the NC Piedmont!

I live in G'boro, too. I'll be at Moore's weekend after this one. Contact me if you want to join us climbing there.

Hey now- I was at least gonna give the guy a month or two til I remind him that by living in the triad, it's only 2.5-3.0 hours from his doorstep to Roger's... but since you mentioned it...

Come summer months the NRG might be a little too crowded and hot/humid for this gal. Moore's it'll be! Gotta get the trad head back. So Scott, or John/Brenda/etc., if you're down for some overhung, juggy trad lines in the coming months, NC Routes, let me know!

Come check out the comp at Ultimate Climbing Gym at Tumblebee's on saturday the 22 of april. There will be alot of people there to talk to and get a phone # or two for climbing partners. There will be a cook out after the comp around 4:00, come out and compete and meet some new partners.
