hey there, I'm just piecing together my trad rack right now, and am looking for some thoughts on cams. currently I have BD c4 camalots from .4 (grey) on up. i'm looking for something to fill out the low end, and double up in the middle. I've decided to go with a full metolius set from 00 to 5 (grey thru black). What i'm trying to decide is where in the set i should switch from the tcu's over to power cams. I definatly want the tcus on the smaller side of things because i like the thin head width. on the bigger side, i def want power cams for the added holding power etc. right now my thoughts are to go tcus up to #3 (orange), then powers cams on #4 and #5 (red and black). however, i'm still undecided.. any thoughts?
fyi, i work at a shop and can get a good deal on metolius, as such, please just regard the question at hand...no need for any other suggestions.

Hi there,
I have two metolius cams, but have checked out their others, and I would suggest going tcu up to the red one. I recommend this because the red is very similar in size to a red alien, but is quite a bit wider in the power cam model. I think the red size would better serve you if you could get it into tighter slots.
Power cams up from there.

Sounds like you have the four-cammed units covered. To compliment what you already have, rather than duplicate it, I think you sould stick with TCUs all the way up through red. I love love love my TCUs. :D

Go for Aliens instead of the TCUs for the small sizes.

I've got a full set of TCU's and power cams. The overlap between the two is great because every placement is different. That said, get the TCU's as big as they'll go - I've placed them in pockets where a 4 cam unit was too wide.

Get the full set of TCU's through #3.

I really like having the yellow FCU, but a TCU would be nice as well. I wouldn't mind having both as I use that size a lot (same as a yellow alien). Definitely go for the #4 FCU though...
