i live in england (fantastic climbing in the lake district an peaks :lol: ) but this summer in heading to perth to see some friends- anyone want to meet up and climb?

cool, i fly on the 30th so as soon as my jet-lag has gone we should go climbing what sort of grades and style are you into?

You don't want to go to Perth! You want to come to Eastern side of Aust,heaps better climbing.

Except for a small matter of some friends who actually live in Perth... :roll: from a trip to WA years ago, I recall sea cliffs at Albany, 6 hours drive south (wich is only a little drive for WA) :wink:

There is some awesome climbing near Perth. Sea cliff granite domes baby. The huge ocean swell really intimidates.

I'm going to port Douglas and Sydney as well but only for a few days, so i wont get much done :cry: i can't drive!!! so i will have to see if i can get to the sea cliffs-what are the trains/buses like?

Suggest you definitely hook up with a climbing partner who can drive you to the crags, forget the public transport, there isn`t any to speak of to where you`ll be needing to go.

Hey, Im visiting friends here as well, and yeah the climbing is better on the east but there is some pretty good rock here! Been raining a bit so heading north is the the go! 0418909852 Craig
