I'm a new Hoosier, but an experienced climber. Comsequently I'm lookin for some folks to train in the gym with (since the only local rock is the gravel in my driveway) and to go to the Red or SoIll with once in a while. I'm redpointing .12s these days, but hope to train enough to break on through the .13 barrier.
Let me know if you're in or near Bloomington, IN and want a catch.

hey there shane,,, i go down to jackson falls so.ill. every weekend and will be heading down this weekend if you would be inerrested. i know you are looking for a parnter to climb with more regularly and closer to home but i thought no sence in not trying to get you out on the rocks . i am leading 5.9 maybe 5.10a's but im always looknig to climb better but hey doesnt mean we still couldnt climb together... anyway good luck in your search (climb hard)

Come on down to the gym on any night and you will find a large group of people willing to climb with you. We are friendly and always looking for a new person to climb with. I will be heading down to the Red this weekend (Thursday afternoon until Sunday). I am climbing 5.10 and lower but would be more than willing to give you a catch.

Jeremiah, sorry but I need to fond someone ot car pool with. Otherwise I'll need to take out a loan just to afford the cost of gas! :(

lol yeah i understand about the gas price . but it was worth a try ... have fun out there ..... as for me i will be shining up my ascender ... looks like this weekend will be solo.
