ahhhhh, annie! The hershey coffee - my fav I 've ever had by far :) especially when made with good company! Hope you all have a great one, no plans for us this new years, just have some people over and watch the ball drop on TV I suppose... which is fine with me! Work is so slow right now - nice for catching up, but at this point I've played so much solitare it's getting to not be much of a challenge anymore! Happy New Year to all!

Good morning ladies, yes you. I see you are looking as fine as ever. I'll take some chocoffee and share it with my friends here. Abi, try playsite for games, under word games is a game called bookworm. It is like boogle. Kills lots of time and you think, too. Anne, did you get to ski in pa. or did the rain melt it all.

Just a quick glance before it's time to get dressed for the evening... Anne, thanks for the coffee! I could need some, but my stomach didn't recover yet from the x-mas-virus-nightmare-thingie which had me using the great white telephone for the complete 25th. (Not that I'd abstain from all pleasures now. But I try to be not to mean to me until the red wine season, which starts in about two hours or so...) Plans for the new year I have tons of... just no money to fulfill half of it. Oh well, I'll get along. As long as the bank doesn't track me down... :D Wish you all best luck for the new year/season/whatever! May the sun shine out of your well-formed booties! - Daniel

Happy end o the year :D It was a pretty good one on this side/end. any regrets...?? one: gaining weight. :O!! tsall good though...it's a good time, to get in gear. we're planning a hike up Mt. Raineir in August. training has started :D! It's all we need is a plan to do an activity and we are all motivated. I know Rob mentioned that my kid was non stop talking with him, the other day... I got the two an X Box. common link, for the two. It's perfect. In two years, I don't think they've talked much as they did playing ONE game in ONE night. It makes my heart melt actually. I'm truly not used to how "boys" are so non chalant. (hey,....oh, hey how's it goin' hrumph<---thats the covo... :( ) I wanted them to yap...like me :D!!! as if. But, seriously... I couldn't be happier. I want them to be close/open.(Robert IS intimidating POINT blank! He know it.) My child is very happy...and it shows. He loves Robert. this is it...for now, and I couldn't ask for anything more. It's great. Happy NEW YEAR to you all. To GOOD friends here...and HOME. MUAAAAHHH!~ ~T

regrets.... honestly, that i didnt make better grades. cause i know i could have, but chose not to spend the time. for 06.... to climb 5.??x and V?. to make a 3.8 for the next two semesters. to keep my food/training journal all year with minimal lapses. that's prolly the most definite ones. the thing is- i keep my new years resolutions. 04 it was learn to dance and a climbing goal. did 'em. 05 it was quit smoking and a climbing goal. did it. so this year... school, and a climbing goal. [wow i am almost ready to tell ppl i quit smoking, lol. i have had 4 cigs in the last 3 weeks, two of which were during finals week and two were simply weakness but holy crap am i doing good and my mountain bike loves me. ] best of luck and happyness to everyone in 06. i'm just in a good mood 'cause i finally got stuff hung on the walls at my apartment....

Half and half will keep OK for a 3 day climb. The only powder I put in my coffee is the stuff that falls into the cup as I walk from the Jeep to the lodge. Regrets? I totally regret breaking my neck this year. Other than that... DMT

Hi BECCA!!! Long time no see in the coffeeshoppe :) I'm with Annie - with the exception of a few nice highlights (i.e. annie visiting!), 05 was for shit for me. Lots of stress, lots of changes, lots of heatache... the list could go on. I'm looking forward to a stable and fun 06 :D Regrets? I try to live a life without 'em. ;) And Since I'll be turning the big 20-10 in less than 2 months, here's my theme for 06, one of my fav. songs by the sexy Tim McGraw...
In reply to: I think I'll take a moment, celebrate my age The ending of an era and the turning of a page Now it's time to focus in on where I go from here Lord have mercy on my next thirty years Hey my next thirty years I'm gonna have some fun Try to forget about all the crazy things I've done Maybe now I've conquered all my adolescent fears And I'll do it better in my next thirty years My next thirty years I'm gonna settle all the scores Cry a little less, laugh a little more Find a world of happiness without the hate and fear Figure out just what I'm doing here In my next thirty years Oh my next thirty years, I'm gonna watch my weight Eat a few more salads and not stay up so late Drink a little lemonade and not so many beers Maybe I'll remember my next thirty years My next thirty years will be the best years of my life Raise a little family and hang out with my wife Spend precious moments with the ones that I hold dear Make up for lost time here, in my next thirty years In my next thirty years

Hi Abi, yup I couldn't pass up one of Anne's coffee threads. I gotta be pretty caffiene deprived to drink coffee black, especially the stuff with chicory that Mike's been into lately. Stuff'll strip paint. How about I call after the holiday weekend Annie - yeah yeah, how many times have I said that.. maybe I'll even get a phone to hook up to my phone line at home.

Steve, pam and grandaughter Hanna were in disney over xmas. Just had sandwich and beer. Beer tastes like another. Anne, I got a case of sarnac trail mix for holidays. Had a couple black forest's in your honor. Just some pale ale left for the kids tonoght. Becca, twice in the same week, wow.
