Hey, just wondering if there was anyone in the Lehigh valley, Poconos, or Eastern PA that was looking to do some more climbing. I climb a lot more often than my partners, so I'm trying to find some more people to climb with. I climb trad, sport, and toprope. I'll climb with any ability level, as long as you know how to belay. I have plenty of gear, all you need is shoes. Drop me a line... I'm sick of self belay!

Hey Joe I live in Bethlehem. I work in Jersey though, so I rarely make it home in time to go climbing in the evenings in Lehigh Valley. During the week I mostly boulder in Jersey after work.

But weekends I'm usually free and love to explore new areas.

Greetings Lehigh folks! I'm visiting family near Allentown this weekend and looking to get out on Saturday, 6/25, at the Delaware Water Gap. Planning to scout and climb in the morning, then set some top-ropes for my wife and cousin in the afternoon if possible. Would love to meet some locals, get in a few climbs, and learn about the area. I lead 5.7 trad and have all the gear, etc.

Email is wikswo@cstone.net
Cell is 434-242-3693

Hope to hear from some folks! Thanks,

Matthew Wikswo

I guess we just don't read forums in the LV.

I just got back into climbing after a decade-long hiatus. Have been doing gym climbing (Doylestown or North Summit) with friends while I get back in to shape (seeing how they do makes me say I recovering well). They go every other weekend, I'd prefer 2x per week.

I have a minimum of gear but will gladly use any excuse to go and buy more. Top-rope is as much as I'd do at this point (no sport or trad).

I'd be open to meeting up at a gym and from there you can assess if you feel like climbing with a noob. :) I won't shock you, but might surprise.

Contact via forum is fine.

It looks like we're neighbors, Joe! I am a busy college student, but I have recently started rock climbing more. If you'd want to partner up, then that's a possibility.

Hi. I'm in Mountaintop at my folks' house for a few days and I'd love to go out. I'm about 25 minutes away from all the Mocanaqua/Nanticoke areas, so if you're intersted in the next few days give me a call at 917-913-1600! -C
