Every time I visit an area, or look in a climbing guide, I see Fred in the FA list. Has anyone ever made a list of his classic lines?

Fred told me that he's actually working on such a book now.

There is a list of pretty much all of his climbs through 1968 in the back of his book "Challenge of the North Cascades".

http://www.amazon.com/gp/reader/0898864798/ref=sib_rdr_toc/103-8870570-3815866?%5Fencoding=UTF8&p=S00L&j=0#reader-page

OF course he was plenty busy after that, but there are a lot of good ones in that list.

That was one of the better moments on this forum.

Serious though, that guy is a beast. I can't think of anyone who has such an impressive FA list. Guy still climbs hard too, even though he's north of 80.
