Most of the climbing in this part of the Rockies is mountaineering and not as much rock climbing as it is fourth and fifth class scrambling. Are there Guide services just awaiting your call, no. Are there people and places that can be contacted to help with logistics and maybe find a partner, yes. I'm from just a little south of there but will try to help if I can. Pm me if needed.

I grew up just outside of Waterton. A buddy of mine wrote one. The title is "The Rock Climber's Guide to Southern Alberta". Author is Chris Goble. I have since moved away so I am not sure of the availability of it but I have seen it in stores before. His email chris.goble@westwind.ab.ca
There some good rock and routes there but it is few and far between.
Good Luck.
