Database corruption again? I will run the table checker script, let me know if that solves your problem... last time it seemed to fix things.

Yes Rush, i have neither submit a picture.
But the message does not said that.
It says that, in order to vote, you must
"have been a member for at least a week"
OR
"have submitted a picture yourself".
So, satisfying only one of the 2 conditions should be enough to be allowed voting.
Or, is the message not properly written and it was intended to be an AND instead of an OR?

Right now it's coded for "... and have submitted a picture."
This was not the intent. It is being worked on.
But on 2nd thought... "You must submit a picture to the Gallery to vote on other pictures." Sounds like it would clear up a lot of false IDs, as this was the intent of the new coding written that is the source of this bug.
Just my opinion.

Due to the problem of users creating false IDs to manipulate the voting system, the requirements for voting on a picture are "User for >1 week and must have submitted a photo."
The intent is to make it too much trouble to creat false IDs, for those inclined to do so. Not to remove the votes from valid and long time users.
It is not a perfect solution, but it is the most fair.
Sorry, but as the saying goes... "One, many in this case, bad apple can spoil the bunch."
I encourage everyone to submit at least one photo, maybe a profile pic (hint, hint), then everyone will be able to vote.

Is this resolved? The original code was not set to be BOTH or an AND clause, but an either or... being, you have to be a member for at least 1 week OR you have to have uploaded a photo. I double checked the code on my end here and seems everything is working fine.
Is it still broke for everyone?
