anybody know of any deals on snowpeak stove w/ auto ignition? Can't bring myself to pay retail.

Get one even if you have to pay retail. I've had one for about 6 years and have used it for everything from ultralight thru hikes to warming Janey's bottle in the parking lot of the local Target store (You should have seen the looks we got). Small, consistant, instant on, cools quickly, light, simple.

thanks for the endorsement, from what i've read/researched, they are the cat's ass when it comes to canister stoves. Mother's day is coming up.................hmmmmm, what a great gift idea!!!!
