Well, well, we all seemed to survive yet another work week and a little angst & flaming on the old RC.COM BB. Gonna throw open the doors again, light up the tiki torches, crank up some tunes and invite you all to kick back, settle in, talk story, and order up your fav libation. Gratis of course. The BAR boys and girls is now open...

Like, for sure, eh?! It's been a pretty emotional, intense site this week... more than usual, I'd say! But it's coming upon the weekend, time to get out and hit the rock and be happy. So Old, hook me up with a couple more spiked prune juices...

Once again, Sierra Nevada please barkeep, and may I raise a toast to internet friends and no more flame wars! ...to internet friends! *Kravitz' "Let Love Rule" blares from the jukebox as Sean leans against it just 'putting out the vibe'*

Indeed Elvislegs! Cheers, Salud, Skoal, Proast. BTW all, this here cyber tavern is a flame free zone. In other words, you gotta be good humans to one another. One love, peace, brotherhood, the whole enchilada. Anyone not following this simple rule will have to deal with our bouncer MONGO. And if that don't scare you, we can always call on Nana! Thanks, but I'm already toasted! I am so glad I was gone to the Smith gig 'cause I got to hang out in a cool place with awsome people, and I missed some serious flaming I woulda been all up in!!! So sorry my friends, I wasn't here to come to your defense when you were down!!! Since I'm catchin' a little buzz here I just thought I'd say "I love you guys Man, no really, I do" Some stupid S**T did go on here this week, and I would've been really stupid too... Here's to next week! Jeff

(The barkeep seems to be mumbling to himself whilst scanning the shelves) "Ah, here you are! I've been looking for you!" Slowly he removes the dusty bottle labeled 'Vijkin Fijord" and delicately opens it. Mustn't let the Genie out too fast! He pours just a wee bit and savors the acrid aroma. Turning he notices the lady beside him...My my, was that a smile crossing Nana's face?

Didn't know there were any tough guys left in Long Beach! At least not in Carrol Park, or Belmont Shores!

Hey, just looked at where you're from... You're just on the other side of the 91. In fact my dad grew up in Norwalk. Why don't you head up to Big Bear or Malibu this weekend, and you can serve me that milk. [ This Message was edited by: rrradam on 2002-08-23 22:50 ]

Small world indeed! Used to live in LB (Near the circle) I'm headed up 38 just past Barton Flats to Fish Creek this weekend for a little backpack. Maybe next time. You folks hitting Castle Rock I presume? Ever check out the possibilities on Hwy 18 over by Crestline? Worked an area there for a few years. Also Deadman's Point in Apple Valley. If you are interested in details or hooking up let me know! Eric [ This Message was edited by: oldandintheway on 2002-08-23 22:59 ]

Nice! Very nice! Still lots of areas to work in the San Berdo's. Ever checked out Deadman's Point off of 18 and Bear Valley? Wait a minute, just realized I'm repeating myself. I'm such a clueless dork on a computer! [ This Message was edited by: oldandintheway on 2002-08-23 23:18 ]
