Can anyone tell me where Senior Wall is? somewhere in sonora pass, probably near the grotto, but I don't have directions. Cool, thanks.

Tom, it's on table mountain. I've never been there and I don't have the guide, but when I was looking at it, I think it said to park as for the grotto, take the upper trail on to the top of table mountain, and down the back? I think it said approach time was 45 min to 1 hour... you might also check www.sonorapassclimbing.com, or post on supertopo. Lots of the SPH climbers post there. cheers, dave

What he said. Senior Wall is HOT HOT HOT this time of year. It faces directly south and forms a giant solar collector. We consider its a fall/winter/spring venue, with the emphasis on cool sunny winter days. DMT

Man, you guys are on it! I got the topo from the sonorapass website, but there were no directions. Good info to know. Look cool. But directions are still sketchy. climb up, across, drop down, huh? Ha ha, when is the new guidebook coming out? I'll be up at Burst this weekend and do the grotto early a.m. thanks
