In reply to: Bring some beer or whatever you want to drink and a snack (if you want). Lisa (nextascent) started a biner tree back in 2004. Its made of biners from climbers as far away as Europe, Iraq, and Canada. Not to mention all the Colorado locals who donated their biners. As time has passed, occasionally, someone will add another biner to the tree. If you have an old biner that needs a home, please bring it along and hang it on the tree. http://i11.photobucket.com/...ers2005/e326eddb.jpg Wow Cindy, I never seen the memorial. beautiful. I see my biner!

I don't think I'll fit on the tree, plus my boss will get mad if I don't show up to work on Monday. Lovely memorial though. oh! you said "Biner" and not "Beaner" sorry

What a great idea. You can hang any type of gear, biner, etc. on it. Once again, you're showing your creativity.

Be careful of what you wish for. A poop tube is considered climbing gear :P

Still have room in your car? plenty of room in my car. unfortunately, no gas, nor insurance. i guess i should have specified that i'm happy to drive someone else's car, so that they may get sloshed...

Once again, you're showing your creativity. i was gonna donate my portaledge, but it might offset the balance of the tree...plus you said no bodily functions, and sleep=a function. NO PORTLEDGE FOR YOU! (see ya tomorrow!)
