I think I will camp at least one night. It all depends how lazy I get and what I feel like. I might even camp both nights but that is really far in the future for me to make up my mind. Well yea umm yea okay.

I understand most people have Xed off French Creek from there list of camping possibilites....however, I recieved word from Mitchal that the state park accomadations include showers and bathrooms.

I don't have a problem with the No Alcohol Policy and if others don't I'm willing to look into getting a site there.

Let me know.

speaking of camping and stuff... How much is a tent and sleeping bag??? I don`t need anything like alpine stuff but I also don`t want to freeze to death.

Thanks

If Mitch allows, I'll camp out at his homestead. I can't cook, but I promise not to pee in the sink. (kitchen not bathroom)

All are wlcome to camp in the woods behind my place. No Hell raising and no wandering around in my backyard,as I have elderly folks(parents)here.Might be an open fire ban in effect,so we'll have to burn charcoal to keep warm.I have an extra sleeping bag and tent.First one to PM me has dibs.
Now,off to bed with me.

I am going to bring a teepee (the spelling is right, it was a doosy to get the spelling for that word) and build a fire under it to keep me nice and toasty all night long.

I don't know how many people have camped in PA in November but you are in for a rude awakening!!!
It can be really nice or really cold. It is usually not bad when you go to bed, but aroung 3:00 or 4:00 am. We will all be around doing jumping jacks outside of our tents to get the body heat up.
That includes me because I don’t have the cash to buy a good bag…
