I am assuming that the creator of this location did not enter complete coordinates, leaving him/her with "Location: Lat: 23.4150009155273 Lng: -43.7540016174316" (which is somewhere in the mid-Atlantic!).
N 41° 23.415, W 78° 43.754 takes you to a location just south of Ridgway (as the original location noted). Hopefully someone can verify and fix this.
