This one needs to be resolved with the friends list that's being discussed somewhere else in this forum as it's conceptually the same thing - a list of climbers associated with your username in some way.
The software that we chose for the forums didn't have the ability to actually do Friends or Buddy lists, which I agree is a loss. We'll have to custom write this and get it back in, and we will becaise I agree that this is important. It's new code and will take a backseat to us fixing what's broken and critiacal first, but we will get to it.
I'm hoping when we do get this done that it won't be too hard to populate the lists with whatever was in there before. Will certainly try or best to make that happen.

Is it somehow possible to find our old lists somewhere so we can at least write down the names? I have no idea what the user names of some of the people are by memory.

It would be nice to have it back, after all how do we check refferences ? You know, it is internet and we don't get to see eachother before we climb together.
This feature I find mostly useful for our climbing ladies, I have been PMed few times about my partners.
Out of over 34 partners I can only remember about 24 ( I made a list today )
