The Deciduous Enema - HP40. If you fall off near the top, there's a chance of getting a tree branch up your arse.
Police Brutality - Rocktown. Named for the loud slapping sound that accompanies the throw to the huge hueco.
The Honzo Blade - Houndears. Named after the fictional swordmaker, Hattori Hanzo, from Kill Bill. There's a pretty sharp hold near the top of the problem.
Piss Ripple - Houndears. Balancey problem where the key hold is no bigger than a ripple of piss.
Flash or Trash - Houndears. The problem is next to a picnic area, and there used to be a trash receptacle bolted in place right under the climb.
Parlez Vous Parkay? - Houndears. Translation: Do you speak butter/margarine. WTF?
I'm sure I'll think of more, but those are the ones that struck me as pretty cool or creative.

Funniest I've seen so far is "Rod of God" at Frenchman Coulee in Washington. But that was a roped route. There's this one boulder problem at a nearby gym called "Willy Wanker," though.
