easy jet from luton to malaga then hire a car and drive to mijas , under the bull ring is good but watch out for the cars! alternatively drive inland to el torcal or elchorro.
seriously portland or swanage are your best bet a good three hours drive.
sport climbing , london. maybe drytooling on chalk at dover , im serious check it out
