I am a New Hampshire climber, and I am going to Boston in the fall for college. Can anyone tell me if there are any good rock climbing gyms in Boston.

High marks for the Boston Rock Gym. I was stuck up there for a few weeks and made it into the bouldering area and, although the grades are a bit squirrely, the setup is pretty good. I think it's in Woeburn...

metrorock is also a great gym. If you will be living in the city metrorock is probably a better choice as it is much more accessible, but you should check them both out to see which you like better. http://www.metrorock.com

As the previous posters wrote, MetroRock and Boston Rock Gym are the best options (though my preference is for BRG). Though if you feel like heading farther afield (variety, and all...) and have a car, Carabiners (New Bedford) and Rhode Island Rock Gym (Lincoln, RI) are both around an hour away. [Of course, I know this is the Indoor Gyms forum and all, but it bears mention: there's some decent outdoor climbing around here, too...]
