I'm relatively new to Maine so I don't know as much as I'd like yet. There's some pretty decent bouldering at the Ramparts in Camden, which you would go through if you took Route 1 to Acadia. As for bouldering in Acadia, I know a lot of folks boulder Great Head at low tide.

Good luck!

There are a few spots in Acadia that are between Thunder Hole and Otter Cliffs along the water that are good. Closer to Thunder Hole there is a roof problem that sees a fair amount of action.

Other bouldering can be found on the approaches to the Precipice, and if you have time to explore there are some spots. They are there, all you have to do is look a bit.
