What would/do you use to prevent nuts from loosening?

You may select more than one answer. Please let me know if there are any modifications this poll could use. Also, feel free to say what doesn't work, or any other useful input you have. Thanks!

Loctite is bad, because if the hanger ever does spin, after a really big fall or whatnot, then you cannot tighten the nut back down. The bolt just spins in the hole.
The reason nuts come loose is from the hanger flexing and shifting. If the hanger is carefully placed flush to the rock, and in a slight depression, the rock itself will minimize shifting.
