Enchanted Rock is good. It's not as steep, powerful or deadpoint specific as the limestone around Austin though.. and you'd be better off boldering on that.

Yes, there is also good bouldering in the Wichitas, although I know of no definitive guide for it. Most of the boulders also require some pretty long approaches. The only ones I know of that are really close are on upper Mount Scott.
