Couple of my friends got robbed by a company called TRADRACK of Reno NV and ordered climbing gear months ago and received nothing.

Who are these people ?

To me, any company be it on line or a store front that does not list a phone number is not worthy of my business.

I don't think they are thieves. I know Ben who is part owner and his wife. They recently moved from Reno to Utah so they might be a little behind on things but they for sure aren't thieves!!!!

I do not come on-line and post something like this if the matter was not that serious. Call up your friend and tell him to cleanup his act and start sending people's gear or issue refund.

I did some biz with them a few years back and had a good transaction. Recently I've heard from a few that they too are awaiting their gear for quite a while. How long has it been for your friends majid.

We did the stop payment this morning but this is about the principle. If the guy says he is busy and can't ship it is one thing but calling people lier and not returning people's call on his cell phone is unacceptable and not the way to do business. There are a lot climbers out there and people know people and you do not shi* and eat in the same place.if he wants to stay in business especially selling climbing gear then he better take care of his customer.

Agreed! I know of several similar situations by friends of mine.
TradRack is a poor company at best, A total scam at worst.
Everyone would benifit form steering clear of their business all together.

Customer service-wise, it seems like there's a pretty big difference between the Tradrack of last year and that of this year.

Acutally to meet the burden of libel, the statement must be offered as a fact. If statement is offered only as an opinion, it is not actionable in a court of law, it does not meet the burden of defamation.

Majid your claim is second hand at best. Just like accident reports, we need details to make own evaluation.

Unlike others here Elepita has had profile for a couple of years and has been posting under it. What on earth makes her post shady?

it's actually quite common in overseas shipping. I know a company that does this with cuban cigars.
