I'm staying in Cenobbia, near Como and the weather has been miserable. But it looks like Saturday, May 31st could be very nice. It's my last day here in Italy on my family vacation ... and NOW I realize there is excellent climbing all around me.

If anyone has any information as to who or where I could hook up with a guide I would be so incredibly grateful!

Please leave a response here or email me at nfalacci@earthlink.net

Thanks again!

Hi beta-boy, sorry I cannot help you - I am not a guide but we could have met for a bit of climbing if you had stayed a bit longer. Weather is not going to be ideal this weekend, if that's a relief for you...
I live near Milan, I usually climb or ski in the weekends, maybe we could arrange something next time you'll be around.
Ciao ciao
Filippo

Yeah, weather has been lousy for climbing. Good for sitting in trattorias and eating!

First time in Italia, hope to be back soon. This area north of Milan looks amazing for climbing and skiing.

Next time, I'll stay longer and look for a partner sooner.

Grazie!

Ciao,

Nick
