Does anyone know if there are any professional rock climbers that are members of "Rock Climbing.com"?
I know it is a stupid question but I just thought I would ask.

Bachar and john gill come to mind. Michael Reardon was as well. Thats all I can think off the top of my head. Do you consider people who Guide professional rock climbers? In the since that they make a living off of rockclimbing then I'm sure there are more.

Ben, you asked a "stupid question", and that's cool because the members here on RC.com are pretty stupid, so we understand that level.
You've got two answers already, so you see that you question was right in line with our behaviour.
The first answer you see in this thread is in any posts from professionals.- There are none. None here at all!
The second answer you see in this thread is in the actual posts from actual climbing members. Here is a summary:- stupid

- arrogant
- rats-ass
- laddie
Nope. No professionals here.
We might have some members who actually climb, but if there are, I really really hope that their climbing ability is better than their writing ability. Or their manners.

Oh, and to answer the OP: There are lots of professionals in the climbing world who post here - gear company presidents, authors of famous climbing books, pioneers in the sport, old-timey legends, professional guides, and a whole shitton of nobodies like me.
I think the real question you wanted to ask is: "Does someone like Graham or Sharma post here, so I can send him an IM telling him how much I would like to fondle his balls?" In that case, the answer may or may not be yes, but I refuse to be an accomplice to internet-ball-fondling.

BTW, I'm a professional software developer. But I try not to remind my wife about that corner of my life. She thinks I use my computer to create software, so she shares my computer expenses. And she thinks I spend all those days in the mountains, so she's helping me pay for car expenses, too!
