I was wanting to get a little bit of exposure to trad climbing before I have to leave for 2 years in about 8 months. Is there anyone in AZ close to the Phoenix area, that could possibly show me how to place some gear on a very low and easy route? Trad isn't exactly one of those things that you can learn on your own. Anyway, thanks for any feed back. spyder

Hey spyder Contact Ivan (camsticker). He's a great teacher and I'm sure he'd be happy to introduce you to trad. Tell him I sent you ~Erica
