Temperature is not the determining factor for me. I have been out in the 30's under the conditions you set and was very comfortable. I recall one dry day in the upper 60's, but North facing crag with a breeze and we felt like we were going to freeze.
The comfort level really seems to function in direct proportion to the amount of time that has passed since I have been climbing outdoors.

I've done Cavers route a the RRG in a full on white out snow blizzard and with both sides of the upper exit chimney covered in ice. I can't say it was the best time I have ever had but it was still better the watching TV!

well I have been caught climbing somthing out side around 0F, of coarse my comfort range is 55-70F I was out last weekend the temp was 25 with a 10-15 mph breeze, just layer up and get a nice grippy gloves for belaying.
