I used to think it was "mise well" instead of "might as well."

45 is my lowpoint.

I prefer no lower than about 45. Pansy hands I must admit I do have.
Will be climbing mid March here for sure.

As long as the sun is staying out it has to be above 5 deg. The coldest I went out in was 15. Belaying sucked.

I do go to the gym everyday anyways. Its the only way to get a quick 1 hour in. But the weather is not going to stop me even 34 deg and rain.

Hotter than 95 is not fun. I would look for a cave/protected route then.

Route selection is key.

Temperature is not the determining factor for me. I have been out in the 30's under the conditions you set and was very comfortable. I recall one dry day in the upper 60's, but North facing crag with a breeze and we felt like we were going to freeze.

The comfort level really seems to function in direct proportion to the amount of time that has passed since I have been climbing outdoors.

I've done Cavers route a the RRG in a full on white out snow blizzard and with both sides of the upper exit chimney covered in ice. I can't say it was the best time I have ever had but it was still better the watching TV!
