since ridiculous spandex seem to be making a comeback among the punk groupies (think good charlotte) you might try one of the "alternative" stores at your local mall (think HotTopic and the like). What you want is funky and cheap not a technical running tight that just so happens to be colored like easter afternoon vomit.
