I recommend a company based in Chamonix with a small number of english speaking, friendly and skilled UIAGM mountain guides - http://www.mountain-spirit-guides.com

See their Matterhorn program at http://www.mountain-spirit-guides.com/matterhorn.asp

They usually do a program of 6 days including preparation climbs in Chamonix and climbing Matterhorn.

Matterhorn is crowded. Also check out all the other nice summits in the area.
