Hey everyone,
I'm 21 and just back from nor cal after school. I've been climbing a lot up there for about a year but now need to register at an LA gym since school is done. I heard Rockreation is pretty good and am ready to meet some climbing buddies in the area!
I have yet to go to the gym, but at the Touchstone gyms, i'm able to climb up to 5.11b for top rope. I boulder a bit...and I would like to learn how to lead climb soon so I can go outside for once.
So i'm looking for someone around my level or higher to teach me new techniques to get me past my current level and also knows the lead climbing aspect as well as outdoor climbing experience. Probably would like to find someone around my age but it dont matter!

Hey I live in Los Angeles and go climbing at Rockreation pretty frequently. I'm gonna be in LA throughout the summer so I'm free whenever. I'm 17, turning 18 in july, can boulder V3/V4 and haven't been on the sharp end for a while so I'm not sure what I can toprope/lead.
I'm sure we can get something going to meet up. When are you usually free?
