This Saturday, Oct. 17th Steve House is doing a slide show presentation at Rock n Snow at 7:30pm. He recently published his first book called Beyond the Mountain. It's an exceptional read that has gotten great reviews across the board, I highly recommend it. It's filled with lots of hair-raising adventures but also says a lot about partnership. And its totally badass. So come out. Bring beer. It looks to be a, how shall I say, challenging weather weekend. It'll be great to get motivated for our winter adventures into warmer or colder climates.

As much as I'd like to go to this, I live in Minnesota so I don't think it's going to happen, ha. But I want to say that the book is a really amazing, honest, painful, and well written book. I definitely recommend it.
