Interest in a new San Antonio gym?

What is the interest in a new indoor gym in San Antonio? What would people be willing to pay for a daily pass? - A monthly membership? - Yearly? How often would people want routes changed? Would a primarily bouldering facility interest anyone?' How often do you think you'd go?
Are you saying that a San Antonio climbing gym exsists?
A few friends that live there would love to climb
Well, not yet anyways. I am in the process of LOADS of research to see if creating one would be a worthwhile investment, if it'd be viable, etc. Still in the information gathering phase though. I wanted to get a poll on area climbers and just gather some general information from those that are willing to share.

I was shocked to find out there is not a climbing gym there already. It's a fairly large city yeah? With real rock nearby? What's the population of the greater metro?
