Steel frame FTW!
EDIT:
We also pay a lot for wood, steel is waaaay cheaper.
And IMO easier to work with.

The price difference was 300USD. Steel being cheaper. I was shocked, but 300 bucks is 300 bucks. Walls, holds, labor, under 500USD total. Can't complain.
