I had one that I was reading, and lost it. Can anyone please email me a topo for Charlotte? I would also appreciate any trip reports on what pro you brought, and if you had too much/too little gear. My goal is to build a skimpy light alpine rack, that will get me to the summit, but I don't want to be wishing there was something else I should have brought, especially after hiking 12 miles.

Much appreciatted!

Charlotte Dome ruled! It's only 7 miles if you go in from the west (I think?) side, which s the way I went.

Anyhoo, the High Sierra supertopo has a topo of the route, as does peter croft's book. ST is more detailed, of course.

We took a light alpine rack and found no issues. It's only a 5.8 after all, and it's easy. no stress. Enjoy!
