. . . . I just may have cancer. Well it looks like we may have a reason other than pizza to why I'm so husky. After dealing with hypothyroidism for the past eight years doc (not our feel good doc) found two small lumps on my right thyroid. I get a biopsy on November 22nd to see if it's cancer. Man if I wasn't already so lethargic news like this could really put a damper on my mood.

Thanks for all the well wishes everyone. I'm keeping optamistic, I mean if two shootings, a stabbing, getting hit by a car, and diabetes haven't killed me yet I don't think this will.

Maybe you should liveblog about your experiences and trials. I think it would help you express what you are going through and help others share in, empathize with, and learn from the potential struggle ahead.

Hmmm, maybe. I just think that until the biopsy results are in all the blog would contain would be 'dang the waiting to know is killing me.' That and spelling mistakes, lots of spelling mistakes.

Hang in there, stay busy and keep your mind off it. Been there, not knowing is the worst part. They actually told me I had skin cancer, then changed their minds a couple weeks later. Don't be afraid to get a second opinion if you're not comfortable with anything. I'll say a prayer for you.
