want to head out west this summer and throw up some nice climbs for mortals and ride some mountain bikes. I have a 4x4 so access isn't a problem * cough south six shooter*. I have a full trad rack but its the desert so someone with one would help out for the desert cracks. Just getting back into climbing and headed to Lost Wall to get my game back this weekend.

Main goal on the list is the Tetons via Owen Spalding, South six shooter, and whatever else.. RMNP action would be great also.

I have mountaineering experience so I can show and teach whatever needs to be done.

heres my climbing resume':

posted this over at MP also.

Not sure what you mean by "summer" but the desert is NOT where you want to be in Summer. Castly Valley may be OK and Zion gets tons of shade but Indian Creek is probably out. Not to mention Moab kind of out of the way from the Front Range to Tetons route.

I've been to the desert a few times and its not bad..just wear protection and take water...not like the 100% humidity it is over here in the armpit of america. Just deal with it. We would be driving unless u have a 4x4 airplane.

Not totally sure yet. I'll probably know something closer by next week.
