hey,

I was wondering if any of you knowledgable phtographers out there know of any websites with good instructions/tutorials on Photgraphy. How-to's, explainations of Focal length etc.

www.moose395.net isn't bad. Any others?

Yeah, good call, photo.net is a good place to start. Also, most of the photography magazines have their own websites and forums and can provide good information. I happen to be a Nikon fan, and the Nikonians.com website has a very active group of enthusiasts who will answer your questions, they are friendly.
