Hello, friends!
I'm new to bouldering, but I am looking forward to picking it up over the winter. I really enjoy bouldering, but unfortunately most rock gyms don't have shoes small enough for my feet.
I'd be fine climbing barefoot but at indoor gyms that seems to be a no-no. Which I understand, I guess.
Anyway, I have size 4 shoes in women's...and it seems that childrens shoes are my only option. Does anybody who has experience with kids shoes know if they hold up as well ie are just as sturdy as adult shoes?
It's pretty silly, but climbing in shoes two sizes too big is a pain in the rump!

5.10 makes (adult) shoes that small too. 
(although, I personally think the monkey is pretty cool  )

Thanks Shockabuku! I'll just try my luck and see what works! It'll probably take me a long while before refined fit becomes a problem. As for resoling shoes I guess I'll just have to be resigned to purchasing new ones.
Sungam, what kind of rocks have you been climbing? I've never had a problem as far as pain goes. Then again, when I climb barefoot it's probably more like scrambling

Pfft. Damienclimber, that's true I guess. My UN came from my Dad's childhood nickname for me, which was Pikachu because I was apparently very interested in sticking my tiny baby fingers in wall outlets. Go figure!
Sween345, thanks! I had heard evolv was where it's at, but they weren't in my price range. But now they are because you showed me they have a close out section!
I just hope that they have shoes in my size.
