Hi all, I'm flying to Chile on Dec 13th and will be in and around South America looking to travel and climb as much as possible (which includes 'resting' in Rio for Carnival, and the odd day surfing when I can) until the begining of March. I'm interested in moderate alpine routes (snow, ice and mixed) (D-TD max, and any and all below - just want to get out), rock (trad and sport to F7a), and any and all ice, snow and boulders in between. I have no firm plans but will be taking all the gear to make the most of any opportunities I come by. Anyone keen to join for some time, who knows keen climbers out there, or who know the best places I should't miss, please get in touch. I speak very basic Spanish. Simon

Let me know if you make it down to El Chaltén and need a climbing partner! Cheers Per
