I get up to the Telluride area for one week each year. The climbing is fun. And there are plenty of crags/routes all over the region. What I don't understand is why no one from the area has taken the time to post the various crags/routes here on this website. I do have the Johnston/Fowler guidebook, of course. But it'd be nice to be able to post ascents here. It may be pointless, but I don't think I'm the only one who gets a kick out of it.

Pipeline Wall and Falls Wall are both loaded with sport routes. Wide range of difficulty. Several of the routes are multi-pitch (up to 4 pitches). These are up-valley above Telluride. Quite close to town. Bilk Creek is all TR. The Ophir walls are trad. There are plenty of others. The area is loaded. BTW - There's also a variety of rock types. Dakota Sandstone, Rhyolite, and Telluride Conglomerate make up most of it. I wish I could get there more than once a year.
