Hi
We are two climbers from Denmark and Germany, who are planning a 4 week climbing trip.
The plan is to fly in to Denver around the 21st of march, and then drive to Indian Creek and climb there for about 2 weeks.
After that drive to Yosemite, and stay there for about 10 days. Then round the trip up, with some partying in Las vegas. If the weather in Yosemite is to cold or wet, we plan to leave early to climb in Red Rocks.

Any Beta on campsites or places to meet up with other climbers would be much appreciate.
must do's and don'ts also.
Cheers Lasse

1. When?
2. For that itinerary there are probably better arrival points than Denver.

Hi,
the end of march next year, prob. the 21st.
We are flying in to Denver to catch up with a climber we climbed with in China a few years back.

But any info on good campsites, bars, places with wifi etc.
would be great.

You are aware that at that time of year:
* Indian Creek will be pretty cold at night but mostly fine for climbing - unless it snows.
* Tuolumne Meadows in Yosemite Natl. Park will be closed (under many feet of snow) which means....
* you'll need to take the long way around the Sierra - either north or south - since route 120 and Tioga Pass will also be closed. The southern route from IC through Bakersfield is shorter, but you're still talking about a 900+ mile drive.
